The software is ok. I had to get hold of customer service for a bug, though. The agent was unbelievably wonderful. She sat with me for an hour, walked me thru a bunch of steps, made sure she understood what I was saying and eventually came up with a solution that solved the issue. No bugs is the ideal but in any software this bloated, they're going to happen. Having someone who doesn't say "have you rebooted" is worth gold

The only issue I had with 2019 software was the handling of EFT bank id inputs. Especially in the state area. Your software should have taken it from my 2018 return and then asked me to verify it or change it when in the e-file process. Otherwise, you guys are tops.

The program is so easy to use. It walks you step by step through the process. All you have to do is answer questions about your life. New home, new baby, sell property? You answer the question and the program tells you what form you need.

The software is very user friendly and walks you through the process step-by-step. Importing data from the previous year, as well as W2s and 1099s, is easy and ensures no mistakes from manually entering the data. The reason I didn't give it five stars is because the software did not include a state form that I needed to complete my taxes. I had to search the state treasury website to find the necessary form.
