Did not handle 2 states well

We moved in Jan from CA to NC, we had some income from both states. Simply filling out the W2 portion of this was not close to enough. Still not sure if I did this right. Very clunky process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The supplied activation code did not work, so I had to pay to file. Frustrating.

Good at taxes, not so good on finishing up

Got taxes done in no time. However, at the end of the process you go to the plan page, and if you don't want to do any retirement planning if you are already retired, it says that the interview is not completed, and there is no exit cleanly.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

It crashed three times. I had to re-enter data because I didn't save often enough. When I got to the point I could file, I got a warning that said I could not print the CA return because the forms were not final. yet I was able to submit and file electronically with no such warning.

Great Software, but no way to get activation code when trying to electronic file. I had to call support who solved the problem but after a 35 minute wait. Make sure you save the email with the activation code.
