love the ease of use

I used HR block for upwards of 20 years, easy to use, self explanatory and the one time I need verbal assistance it was right there.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Have used this for a number of years but the 1st time to e-file federal. Went very well I had a little problem printing but not your problem.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use H&R every year. What I don't like are the e-mails to remind me to finish my taxes.

I paid $49 for the version they sent to my house. There are five free e-files with this version. Normally let I my daughter download the disc on her computer to file her taxes. Buying it this way, I'm unable to give my daughter to disc. So now the only copy is stuck on my computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple, clear. Took a short time to complete. May be because as a "senior citizen" it was simplified in the first place, but I was grateful either way. Loved how it compared itemized deductions to standard deduction to see which was best.
Pros: Easy to prepare
