Wish all forms were finished

Got good tax re turn coming back. Return help up because form 5329 isn't going to be ready until Feb 13. Sucks to buy products that aren't finished before you sell them
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using H&R block software over 20 years. Its fast, easy and has never let mr down. Guess what I'll be using for my 2020 taxes?
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

EASY - BUT!

I'm a return customer; I've used this tax prep service for a number of years now. For the most part I'm very satisfied, BUT, during the final actions there's a new requirement about attaching PDF doc's that's UTTERLY CONFUSING. I do NOT like this final step, and I hope I've not made a mistake in my actions. Why it's required, and how it should be used, should be explained MUCH better than it currently is.

For Future Expectations? WONDERFUL PRODUCT!

For my current situation, this product was a challenge to get through. It took way too long, & was not at all necessary. HRB should evaluate client's current situation BEFORE providing a product.
PRO - I did learn a few things NEW about the HRB Deluxe software!
CON - HRB locked me out of the main HRB website and would not accept my ID Confirmation. Why? Don't know.

Been using HR B lock software fir several years now and have been very satisfied with the product. Really like the interviews in each section to clarify things that I’m not sure of. Several other great features that make preparing the tax return less taxing and stressful!

Confusion at the end

Going thru the software was just fine. However, at the end when I wanted to print the 2020 payment vouchers, the instructions were very confusing, and printing to a pdf file was also confusing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
