Been using H&R Block tax software for over 5 years and am very satisfied. I import the previous years return to it and just about everything is ready to go. Like I can call if any questions arise. The final check is great to see if your return is done correctly and if it sends any whistles you should be aware of. The IRS has a free program to use as does the state but I find it's not as user friendly or as accurate. It's always nice to know if you get audited there is someone to guide you. H&R Block Deluxe + State is my software of choice.

Why does it show a "missing entry" for "deductions" when I know that they will not equal the standard deduction??

It was not able to efile my AZ state return because I had foster care tax credit. I had to find the form, complete it manually and mail the return.
