Bought 2 month ago with expectation it would carry forward indicative info from previous year. It did not. Otherwise an easy program to follow.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I had problems having your product accepting my foreign tax credit, insisting that I provide the name of the country I paid taxes to, which is not required and I did not have. When I returned to try to complete my return, new information appeared that told me what to enter in case the tax credit came from a passive investment. I still got a couple of wrong messages but the 1040SR was efiled. By the way, I never got an email saying my return had been accepted by the IRS although when I checked the status it said so.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Software easy to use. I preordered and should have edited because they sent me the disc and it was $5 cheaper. Also I did not receive a notice when the IRS accepted my federal.
