state taxes

I paid for federal then I bought the state program and then I had to pay to e-file the state seems rather expensive. I would think that the fee for the state program would also cover the filing fee. I won't make this mistake again.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I buy H&B every year. I used to have three or four of my family to get them done. No not all at the same time. I’m getting old, so I hope I can get another year of H&B.

I was disappointed that the 2025 program did not take into consideration of the users who received a "Windfall" payment from Social Security for 2024 payment claimed in 2025! There should have been a section/question concerning this matter called a "lump_sum election" as it many this additional social society payment has effected many people. I only found out about this option from a VITA tax preparer. You have to use the Social security worksheet to try to take advantage of this option.

I called three 800 numbers off the website. Looking for my username and I have three people trying to sell me something and when I told them no thank you they all hung up on me. These are three numbers to call for help and I got hung up on three times because I went and buy a medical alert badge or another piece of garbage. This is the second year in a row that crap has happened. There won't be a third.
