I have used H & R Block Deluxe software for several years without any issues at all, until now, the software is buggy, new entries change the first entry when entering the financial institution name in just about every category entered data, including interest, dividends, and the 10-99 R sections, I had to go and change it back for every new entry. I sent a message in regards, but never heard back, a week later when I went to finish up my taxes the same issue was happening. I had to go back and verify all data was correct before sending out my returns. Other than that, downloading went smoothly and instructions were easy to follow. The bugs in the program will make me think twice about using H & R software again, the automatic changing of data after it has been entered is a big no-no and could be problematic if not caught before transmitting. Also took more time than it should have not only going back and changing back to the original entry but to have to double check before sending. Very disappointed this year.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
