Everything worked out fine in the end. Last year I had to provide my IRS pin with my return filed with HR software so It should have reminded me to enter my pin for this year. My initial submission was rejected because I forgot about the pin

I have used this software for over 10 years and have had good experiences, however, this year I had a couple questions with figures on a couple of lines on both the federal and our state return. I attempted to research my questions utilizing the help icon and then I actually logged into my account and completed a search. With no results. I then tried to use the chat feature, however, did not get an actual person and the robot (so to speak) provided zero results. I then tried to find a phone number to call for support. None to be found.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There is some confusion between the IRS "assigned" Pin entry versus the H&R Block "random" Pin entry.

Bought this product a month ago, most was easy but getting all the 1099 sales took 2 weeks of work. Every transaction had to be edited, and each one was 3 minutes of time and all before I could move on. These sales did not need an edit they were downloaded from my Broker.

Good tax program but still needs improvement

Overall a good program. However, many of the items in the review questions were not clear and had to have further research on my part. Your program should be straight forward with little doubt of input. Also, provide a basis of how the data will be utilized and input into the forms. Remember, your customers are not tax accountants and are just trying to complete the necessary requirements to complete their return.

Cons: Time consuming
