Easy download, but it didn't find my previous year Turbo tax return on my computer as easy as it should have. But I do prefer this software over the Turbo tax and it was less expensive to purchase and a little less on the e-file for the state return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

The only issue I had was trying to remove the SS Page since I do not get any income from Social Security. The program kept refusing ot remove the page since I am 66. Finally got it to remove it and successfully filed.

I have been using the software for the last 20 years, and am happy with it. This year, though, for some reason, I have trouble updating the software. I kept on getting the message that I need to connect with the internet. I knocked off the firewall, and still the same message. I did not have any trouble downloading state program, so I don't know what the issue is. I never had this issue, and it is bit frustrating.
