H&R Block Deluxe 2025 Software was easy to download and install. Quick to set up and start using. Many fields were pre-populated since I have used this product before and so that made things go even faster. I very much appreciated the check up feature at the end.

Many years ago I used Turbotax, but it would not accept more than three schedule E items. At that point I switched to HRB and have never been disappointed.

Colors is not eye catching and uncomfortable for eye mostly black and gray with white color, the content doesn’t utilize the whole screen , just a narrow display in the middle and no adjustments to enhance the viewing area

Over the past years I have used "turbotax" for my return. For some dumb reason this tax season the soft
ware only works with windows 11 (which I understand also has problems) therefore H&R Block software.
I fond H&R difficult to navigate and correct errors. Example to enter AGI instructions say click on a certain box, when it should say "right click". This just one example other problems occurred by showing only part of a form when making corrections

I have been using H&R Block's income tax program for several years. The program is easy to use and much more accurate than I could ever be. The only complaint I have is that when I to the AI section to ask a question about printing, it told me that it couldn't answer my question.
