A number of limitations that make me think moving to another Tax preparation platform:
- Chat help is not accessible
- Phone help is not accessible, wait time not given, callback is not available
- Final review fixes are not clear/confusing, give examples
- some of IRS publications not incorporated

This software need to be matured, many time i was not able sync with what was on form and what i was typing in.
also, I trying to efile, and ot said if the filing rejected it will not charge me, i paid using CC. my efile was rejected. but charges were not refunded.

I always enjoy using the H & R Block software to prepare my taxes. I do the taxes for about ten (10) Senior Citizens friends or mine. I like using the H & R Block software because of the easy Step-By-Step instructions. The software guides you through all the areas of the tax return. I am confident of the return being correct when I get to the filing part of the program. I have used H & R Block software for several years now and I am completely satisfied with it . I will continue to use the software for years to come.
