After all these years it is still a problem to try and go back to change something and then return - sometimes have to advance page by page.
Hard to get to a human with a problem. But once I managed that the help was great 5 stars.
Bottom line: your people are great - your software not so much.

Great features, and continuous improvement ideas

I used the H&R Block Deluxe Software to prepare and submit federal Form 1040X and NJ 1040X after I realized I made an error on the original returns. The software interview questions made the process much more efficient and accurate. And I really liked the ability and ease with submitting the for electronically. That said, with respect to continuous improvement ideas, the navigation tools, while pretty good, could have been a bit easier. Overall, it's a really good software package, but there is some room for improvement.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
