In general I am happy with the product. I like the ability to carryover info from the previous year. I like that I can e-file up to 5 federal returns for my family. The interviews helped me understand and navigate an unusual situation I encountered this year. I was, however, consternated by one bug in the K-1 portion of the software. When I finally figured out what was going on from my troubleshooting and called HRB, I discovered that it was a known issue in the 2024 software. I am disturbed because the same bug was present in the 2023 software.
I would recommend this to a friend!

very difficult to receive assistance when needed,

attempting to reach a human next to impossible. I have a Master's degree, taught college accounting for 29 1/2 years! I never had difficulty until the 2024 return

Questions on non-spousal inherited IRAs RMD AWFULL

The questions related to non-spousal inherited IRA required minimum distributions are so strange and unclear that I can barely figure out what the answers are except by trial and error while checking the numbers, and I am a CPA.

I have been using H&R Block to do my taxes for over 30 years. It makes doing taxes easy and accurate.

It’s hard to move around the software even though I worked on financial software my whole career. I thing customer groups could assist in improving the user friendliness of your product.
