I did my taxes with h and r block software. I used your software to pay my taxes using a credit card. My credit card was charged, yet the money never went to the IRS. I received a letter today from the IRS saying I never made a payment.

Deluxe has always been my favorite tax software, but this last year it messed up.
The IRS kept denying my return. I had to do some research and the solution was that I had to enter last years AGI to 0 instead of what it actually was. It wasn't easy to find this fix, but the IRS then accepted my return.
