The product is decent, does the basic things that it advertises. However, if there is something that needs to be corrected before submission (comes up as an error) then the program does not really help very much at all to be blessed to look at options to correct the mistake, what different options are available, the mechanics of correcting, offering different methods, and the pros and cons of each. The program is not very helpful in this regard. The same thing when doing many of the portions of the 1040 (and it's accompanying schedules), pretty light on presenting various options, providing pros and cons, different ways to approach, etc.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Zero stars should be an option. I paid double what I normally would, and it was full of bugs. Checked boxes that can't be unchecked. Endless loops of unclearable errors. I've been using your software for years and years but after this, it's time to look at other options.
