Not as easy to convenient to use as in prior years

I've use versions of this software for nearly 30 years. This year it is rated a Fair at best. Difficult to order and download. Difficult to figure out how to fix items identified as errors when trying to submit. Help was not helpful. It was circular and also just referring to obscure IRS publications. I'll be looking for other tax filing product next year.

It worked ok for simple taxes, but determining where forms are and how the numbers got there is difficult. You have to trust that the software is correct, or really dig to find the finished forms. The dropdown menus are not easy to use.
Cons: Time consuming

Worked great for my situation for my purposes. Would be nice if the charge for e-filing the state along with federal wasn't so high compared to the cost of the software. Particularly since only 1 of the available federal e-files was used. Otherwise, it served the purpose.
