I've now used H&R Block software for filing my taxes for at least 12 years and have never had a serious problem with it. This year was no different, quick and got the job done and file electronically both Federal and State and had the peace of mind knowing they were received.

Initially, I used a downloaded version offered at a discount on the internet. However this version did not allow me to access previous tax return data.
Therefore, I went to a store and bought a Deluxe program, as in previous years. This worked normally.
I prefer purchasing a program with a hard disc included.
