Overpriced. It does the job. Would rate higher if some of the description of what is being asked for wee simplified and not so "formal".
State should be included and not charge extra to file it. The program will fill out the form(s) but still charge extra to submit.

Just makes it so dang easy! We've been using this for years and appreciate the easy import from previous year, easy import of W2s, easy state taxes, and that it asks All. The. Questions. to make sure to catch any tax obligations we might miss and that we maximize credits!

I have been using this software for well over 10 years and I have been totally satisfied with it. It is gradually improving in terms of intuitiveness. My only request is that it would have a "marker" feature where you can mark a view or page so that one can quickly return to it without manually navigating. Other than that, it's perfect.

The software added a form to report Social Security income, I didn't have any. When I ran the final checks it reported an issue and I had to delete the form, I could have used a help discussion that simply said if you had no Social Security income delete the form.
