Overall was as good as prior years, but this year there is a bug when you import data from the prior year. I tried it a few times and still could not get past an HSA error. Once I cleared and did all entries manually, it worked fine. This was clearly an issue due to insufficient / improper testing.

Navigation in the software could be easier. I recall having to hunt for ways to view prepared returns between state and fed. Also printing was not smooth. I printed and the note stated I will have an opportunity to print the state. When printed the fed return, the software did not continue to print the state return. I needed to manually go to the state tab to print. And when saving, it appeared the fed and state were in one file. That wasn't clear, so I saved and named one fed and then saved again and named it state.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

The product did what it job. I do feel that they could do something to make the cost to efile taxes for state where a lot less, the product is only good for one year and not that much changes from year to year, but the price still goes up
