Needs to be marketed along with the online version

I had a lot of trouble purchasing the software this year. There seemed to be an intent to force me to order the online service. Needs to be marketed along with the online version as alternate selections.
There were a couple of times I had what were simple questions ( e.g. about a form number) and the BOT couldn't help.

I've been using H&R Block for several years. One thing I like the most is that it can import my Fidelity investment records accurately. It saves me a lot of work. However, for this year's Michigan return, my pension is not supposed to pay state tax, but I forgot to select "Private" in the first column and it became taxable, which made a huge difference. I hope the software should have alarmed me not to ignore the selection.
