For the most part this product is easy to use. My husband always used it, but until after he had a stroke I would have never even attempted the system. After his stroke, he insisted that WE would not take our taxes to an expert, but that WE would do our 2023 taxes ourselves. I was overwhelmed and intimidated, but I did manage to enter an extension so that I could take my time trying to learn how to do this daunting task! With a little help from a friend, and many hours of trying to finish to my husband’s satisfaction, we completed two three month’s before the deadline. THIS year, I managed to do 3/4 of this task by myself. I do wish some of the help elements offered different levels of help and easy access to an expert if I am unsure about something.
