The software is good for basic tax filing but not adequate enough for more complex situations, especially retirement accounts contributions, and stock options. The menus are often confusing and the instructions not very clear. There is no clear documentation available, the help links are often broken, and I ended up reading instructions about my situation on a competitor software website. I guess I will switch back to that for a few more dollars....
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
