I find that the the software meets all my needs, is affordable, easy to use, does a very neat professional job and does autofill from previous years. I will continue to use the software every year. Our taxes are very simple as we use the standard deduction most of the time. H&R Block saves us money from going to a tax preparer.

I've used the app for many years, and while it works pretty well (the wizard interface mostly works fine), the interface hasn't really been updated in years. A UI update would be nice, making better use of the screen.
My biggest complaint is that the Errors and Warnings aren't always clear, and it may not always be possible to jump to the form or page being flagged.
Lastly, the cost to electronically file (state) is a bit steep.

Early purchase. Program never properly performed auto update and required obscure manual alternative. Final filing interrupted by need to manually update both federal and state program. Have used Block for many years. This was first time stand alone program failed to function properly in Mac OS.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
