I have used H&R Block tax software for the last six years and have never had any issues whatsoever. From ease of installation, to actual completion and filing is so simple. I am probably a customer for life because it would be hard for anyone to convince me of a better product out there.

I finished and filed the federal return, and it was accepted, and I got my refund. So I was happy. My problem came when I tried to do the state return for Louisiana, and it was not there, nor were any of my previously copied federal papers. Fortunately, I had made separate copies of those Forms that were filed, and so I had paper copies, but for some reason, the whole folder emptied, and when I go to it, it says there’s nothing there. Can’t figure that out at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have been using the HRB Tax program for 20 years and it makes filing much faster and easier than filling out paper forms There are many "click-ons" where you can get explanations of terms. Great digital tax submission and feedback. A minor improvement needed is the ability to copy/print a window in the actual app; e.g., Income list.

This is the second year using after 15 plus years using turbo tax. Much easier to use and reliable. Would recommend. In my opinion better to use then turbo tax.

I had two issues with the software that I wasn't able to resolve. The help center was unhelpful. Ending up having to file my state return on paper. Something I haven't done in years.
