The software mostly works, is kind of quirky, and sometimes requires manual intervention directly in the forms to be accurate. The error checks are very generic and for somewhat rare tax situations. You really have to know tax law to some extent to get an accurate return for not very complicated tax situations

Very little help in filling the forms. Phone support is a joke. This can work if you are filing simple returns. If you have schedule k and business income you should avoid using this software. It cannot handle complex cases.
