I have used H&R Block to do my taxes for several years. This year I had difficulty e-filing my return because the software did not account for the elimination of the requirement for age related IRA RMD. The software carried over RMD forms from previous years and when they were not completed it prevented e-filing. I had to spend an enormous amount of time on hold on the waiting for customer Service. I tried the chat system who informed that I would have to mail in my return. Finally, I tried deleting the forms and was allowed to e-file. The product should have accounted for the change in the RMD requirement and not have prevented the ability to e-file. I am sure I am not the only one encountering this issue.

My only problem with this was the small print, which can not be adjusted, therefore the 4 star rating. On a Mac it is easy to set the display at a different resolution, but this should not be necessary.
