Your software is very poor and difficult to use for ordinary people. Many places ask to fill out actual form or worksheet because you cannot define proper questions. I am just using it because I doing so for a while. It is possibility that I may use Turbotax next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would recommend it but I also would caution them to be aware of the similarity of the products. (Deluxe, Deluxe+State)

Sloppy, confusing, needs improvement, esp. the parts on Business Use of Your Home and Schedule C. For example, in the BUYH there's a line item for Self Storage costs, which has nothing to do with BUYH. Also, there's a line item for Internet in BUYH but none for business phone line. Guidance is also lacking overall.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

For the straighforward stuff is OK. Whenever you have a doubt, you are toast. For example, I have been using it for two decades now, and never, ever was able to fill the W-4 form for the upcoming year. I always have to go to the IRS, read the form and complete it myself. The form they provide is obscure and without any help, which makes it to difficult to understand what data you are suppose to fill in.
Pros: Easy to import documents
