Never again. Forms are messed up and I even had to call in to fix one issue. When you need to employ a work around its time to move on.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

I was not able to e-file my return, which was very frustrating. There is a bug at the last step and even though I entered last year's AGI correctly, the return was rejected and I had to go to the post office and pay extra to send the return by certified mail.
