It’s a little tricky in places, but gets the job done. I have not been able to download information from my investment advisor; the Other Income on my Consolidated Tax Statement does not get handled in the normal flow of the Interview, and I have to go looking for the Colorado Charitable Contributions income Subtraction. Printing individual Schedules or Forms is difficult to navigate and printing the Colorado return inserts multiple blank pages.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I’m selecting 1 star because 0 wasn’t a choice. I’ve used H&R Block software the last ten years and been happy. This year it was NOT good. I was never able to e-file my state return because software kept crashing. Help center only offered a refund, no help. HOURS of frustration. Not again.
