On-line help, chat help, and Facebook chat help was sub-par. Known issue with submitting CA state tax filing was only admitted after talking with MULTIPLE people. Agravation could have been avoided with a simple admission of the problem.

I've used this tax software for several years and have been very happy with it. Our taxes are pretty straightforward and not terribly complex, so it's pretty easy, and H&R Block makes it even easier. I like the fact that I have audit protection, and a quick check of my return for errors, before I e-file. The free e-file is great. Also find that it will use last year's tax return to retrieve that info needed on this year's return. Very convenient and reliable.
