The product is excellent. What I like best is that whether you are a first-timer or experienced user, the product is easy to use. As an experience user of tax software, I was able to quickly enter the data without a lot of unnecessary "prompt" questions. It flowed very easily. However, when I had a question, it was very easy to obtain the necessary information quickly!

There are some errors. When you put zero, other details left in the past year is questioned at the very end before submission.
For VA, if you do not have tax due, it still says there is a penalty.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Works fine but the in app advertisements are ridiculous. Why would you keep pushing your premium software when I don't need it? Why such a hard sell on your tax services? If I needed it, I wouldn't have bought the software.

Errors are not always clarified in the form on the checks. Without clear explanation of the problem it cannot be fixed. If you can't fix it you are stuck and can't file.

This software is comprehensive, but not very user-friendly in some aspects. It seems to be designed for Joe-average, and if you don't fall into that catagory, you'll struggle to find the proper forms to use to enter your info. Plus, if you call their help line, it will depend on the person you reach as to how much help you'll get. I made two calls to get the same question answered. The first fellow gave a general answer that really didn't help me, though I tried to use what he said. The second agent, a woman, gave a more detailed answer, but instead of turning me loose to use the info myself, insisted she help me through it. So, it's worth 4 stars, and will definitely get your taxes done, but be prepared to ask again and again, and don't give up till you get the help you need...unless, of course, you're Joe-average!
