I've been doing my taxes on the computer since 1999. I first use Turbotax, which was fine but after some years became more complicated and cumbersome so I switched to Block at the suggestion of my daughter, a CPA. I have been pretty happy with Block but I find the same thing is happening with Block that happened with Turbotax. As time goes on the software does not improve, rather it gets worse. The 2020 version is decidedly less user friendly than the 2019 version in my opinion. Further, I believe that I have found an error, or a shortcoming, in this years version which relates to the data transfer from the federal calculation to the Ohio state calculation. I would like to report this possible error sto Block but don't know how to do it. Perhaps you can tell me.
