That the current version is not as intuitive as previous versions. And that when you import last year’s info, it is impossible to correct last year’s import even if it is preventing filling because the IRS HAS NOT YET UPLOADED last year’s tax info. The software provides instructions that do not work. Even the help agents cannot solve this.

Cons: Time consuming

Support for tax questions is terrible. The tax adviser I talked to couldn’t answer my question. I finally figured it out myself. I may have to try Turbo Tax next year.
