My problem is with not being able to adjust the width of the interview scree wider to make it easier to read. If it is possible to do that the fact is hidden.

I used the 2020 HR Block software for the first time. It was fairly simple except that my taxes were complicated. Even with that, there were Q&A's to review, plus knowing I could call a representative was also helpful.

That if you get a subscription you don’t get an email for the full download, and when you have to call you’ll be on hold for at least 2 hours, subscribed so I wouldn’t have to buy the hard copy and look what happened.
Cons: Time consuming
