Walks you through entering everything needed to prepare federal and state taxes, and can import some info to save typing. It would be good if they could add a section to guide you through calculating the taxable amount of retirement / survivor income rather than having to do that part by hand
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

download was messy and required a lot of intuitive interpretation to accomplish it. your instructions were essentially useless. I am (was) a disc user. This was a disappointment but I fully understand why "no discs" forever, anymore. Please make the download easier for a 92 year old.
