Good value for the price paid. Interviews and Q&A cover most everything needed. However, sometimes one has to dig more deeply through Q&A links to seek clarification as questions not always entirely clear. I find that interviews with respect to IRAs (and other "exceptional" circumstances) especially confusing. Getting better every year, but needs to continue...
There are a few gaps in the instructions. Example: I got stuck with a form that was partially auto-filled, but did not remember anything about it prior to that in the sequence. I tried to delete it. Nope, nothing doing. I could not proceed without completing the form, but the answer was zero, which was not allowed. Desperately hoping to avoid having to scratch the whole file and start over, I went back through the screen. Lo and behold, there was one question I failed to answer (yes or no), which evidently presumed "yes" and caused the form to be included. There was NOTHiNG to clue me in to this solution. It would be SO SIMPLE for you to include a statement that this form was generated by the answer to .(whatever) .... and it can be deleted by changing that answer with a link to that page. Instead, the option was only to delete the form, which did not work.
Does ok. No longer uses last year's information to pre-populate fields. This feature was helpful in the past to help make sure you didn't forget investments info, charitable contributions, etc.
