If you have a very simple clear cut return to prepare, them this is probably fine. But if you have any little thing that is confusing and uncertain, you will not get any clear answers or explanations from them. Nor will you ever get to talk to someone with actual tax training and experience, only software customer service people who know nothing about income taxes! Incredibly frustrating!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

AZ State Tax software package for 2020 was incomplete forcing me to file by mail and go find the missing tax form myself! HhR Block refused to correct the error in their state software package.
