We have always used an accountant to do our personal taxes. Unfortunately our person retired. This was our first attempt handling our own taxes- It could not have been easier with the HR Block software!! Thank you for rolling out such a great product

I paid for the deluxe version and instead of it automatically updating the app, I received an email that I did not see until after I submitted my taxes. That email had a new code I was supposed to enter to get the deluxe features. Never used it. Complete waste of money. And you say no refunds. Switching to another provider next year.
