Everything is fine until you get to the end and then you have to enter the credit card number for paying for state return and you all ways get denied but it still shows up on your bank account and then takes days for it to come off.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Software worked well and guided me through all of the steps, as always. One hiccup this year where I wanted to submit my taxes yet it had an update that would not take. On submitting 3 times, I found I had 3 pending charges to submit my state refund. This caused a skosh of anxiety, yet at the end of the day, the right thing happened and only one charge went through. I’ll be baaaack!
