It is a great product, but you better have a printer at home, otherwise it’s very difficult to have your returns printed !

The H&R Block software did not correctly carry my AGI forward from the previous year, preventing me from e-filing my return. The recommended override did not work and I was forced to snail mail my return.

Good tax software that is fairly easy and intuitive to follow. However, it is poor (rating 2 stars or less) when dealing with U.S. citizens residing outside the U.S. that have to pay taxes in the country of residence and want to deduct (said taxes) in their U.S. Tax Filing.
We had problems dealing with (1) "the type of foreign income" (since it was only generated in the U.S.) entered into the software, and (2) "the carryovers or carryback foreign tax you paid."
Finally, the software should allow for the entry of U.S. Passports (in place of Driver Licenses), as a form of identification.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
