Good program for the price, but I wish they'd fix their printouts so that there isn't one full page with just a few lines on the next. They could and should get it all on one page.

I've been using the software for years. This year it disappointed. Answers to questions in the program are inadequate or not found. Search engine leaves much to be desired. I honestly don't know if I will use the software next year or switch to Turbo Tax or just go back to an accountant. I recall it was easier to lookup answers in the past.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

Activation Code Rejected After 2 Installations

There is no way to talk to a REAL person when installing the software. I loaded the software on 2 machines and when I got a new computer it told me my code was wrong. The code worked fine on my first 2 installations but was rejected as incorrect on the third. If there is a machine limit for installations that should be stated up front. I would appreciate more transparent directions on installation and a phone number or email to contact if problems arise.

It’s easy and I trust it. I know that information is consistently moved forward from the prior year. I also love the comparison feature. It helps me know if nothing changed from the prior year, what I might be missing. Also helps as a check up in my entries. Basically, it lets me check accuracy. Thank you Block!

Easy to use is it's biggest plus. Has made no effort to improve product features such as reporting from K-1 documents. Also, requires re-entry of some data to State return after entered on Federal return.
