The software is very good -- comprehensive with good instructions but the support is AWFUL. Three times I called and was dismissed because of too many calls -- no message capability or callback options; Nothing. Not good. And I've been using the software for about seven years now, so I do like the product.

just ok...extra state is high cost and low value

if you need to file for two states be prepared for disappointment. It's and extra $40 and in my case, the software didn't even help at all with reconciling between the two states. it also didn't guide well for either state to the point I had to visit each states DOR site to get better information.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not sync with online version. Asked for help, but none came. If you want to work on multiple computers and sync, I highly discourage this software.
