The "carryover" of data from previous software is a great time saver when starting new returns. Excellent layout of questions and input boxes for tax information. Being able to access the worksheet pages behind the input screens are a great reference and helps users track how the final numbers were created. Although there is an extensive listing of sections available for input, the "take Me To" find feature makes it pretty easy to move or jump from one section to another. The "Accuracy Review" that lets the user know about oversights or errors and fix them before completing the return is an outstanding addition to the software. One weakness is lack of availability to talk with a software expert when questions arise about how certain information is presented in the software.
On ocassion, the numbers do not "add up" properly when comparing information from different screens. The first level of personnel on the help line do not always know how to explain the differences and "escalate" the call to the next level. However, there is a disconnect at that point as I never hear back from the personnel in the next level.

Easy to follow menus and questions make completing your tax return a breeze. If you use the product each year it will fill in your new return with previous year’s data enabling an update approach to completing your new return. Can’t beat the price for the program.

Nope. Very upset with ROTH IRA withdrawal interview designed in the software. It ducks and I could never figure out. It was taxing me for SAME YEAR ROTH IRA withdrawals for excess contribution. Total nonsense
