Difficult to enter foreign income from pension /retirement income. Ended up just entering as a lump amount without detail.
When looking at a list of categories, you do not see the dollar amount you may have entered until you go into the category. detail.
Prior software displayed these amounts in the list, making it easier to select entries to review..
Otherwise works efficiently.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used HR Block for 30 years. This year when attempting Efile, IRS rejected past data from 2019 return, so would not accept 2020 return. Thus mailing hard copy with tax due.
