Very difficult time this year. Not as easy as past

The program closed on me several times. I had to enter all my info again. Then the error page came up with recommendations. It was 4 pages of no info. Info that I had put in prior. I did save through out filling it out. But some how some of my info disappeared. Then when I went to finally send after correcting the program someow switched some of my info again. So my process was rejected. I redid then sent again. My tax forms were rejected again. Finally on the fourth try it went through. I hope all the info is correct,. Because it kept changing or deleting I dont know what was up. I never had such difficulty.

Works well but has difficult to understand areas.

Some areas are difficult to navigate. especially when errors are found and I go to the worksheet that needs correcting and can't find the item that is incorrect.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

NO CD . Very disappointed. We have an older computer and not enough space for download. CD form can be moved to a stick and stored not on computer We have used over 10 years +
