Step by step towards completion of taxes. Found the explanations when “click here” to be lacking compared to other tax software. Repeating what was already said isn’t more help. I found more help searching the internet on my own. The cost of H&R Block software is considerably less and in this case you get what you pay for.

Versatile, too - you can fly through the process in minutes if you have a simple tax situation, but the in-depth analysis is there if you need it. I was able to complete my return and my 17yr old daughter was able to complete her first tax return with no problems.

When you read everything on the screen and use the helpful sidebars to understand what is being asked if you you really get a feeling that you are getting all you are supposed to be getting.

I have been using H&R Block (previously Tax Cut) software to prepare my tax returns for many years. The ease of tax preparation regardless of the complexity of the return is without equal. If there should be a question not addressed in the software itself, the help line is available with tax preparation experts at the ready. The price point is comparable to other packages on the market but the Federal e-file being included in the cost makes for a much better deal.
