I have used H&R Block tax software for years and there has never been any problems with it. It is very easy to understand and use. It comes with free electronic filing and the value is the best bang for the buck. Other well known packages are more expensive and don't provide any extra benefits. The only critique I would have is the HELP could be improved by allowing you to go directly to the IRS website for the form you are working on, but it still gets a 5 star rating.

I had trouble printing the page didn't show the print button I called geek squad and they helped me but the settings kept going back to the problem after 4 tries they finally got it working
