I called last week for tech support since the software would not allow me to save my taxes as a pdf file. The person was helpful but could not figure out the problem and said she would elevate this to another level and that I would receive a call within 24-48 hours. Never happened. And, she had my email address.
I used to be able to do this but not this year. Now I have to print out the tax forms and scan them to create a pdf. Not what I wanted to do. Never had this problem in the past.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I've been using versions of this software for several years now. I think it's pretty good for my situation. There are some quirks to figure out with regard to navigating between forms but I've gotten used to it. I don't have experience with other tax preparation software so I don't have anything to compare it to, sorry.
