I've been using this product for eight years. It works fine, it's easy to use and I'll use it again next year.
My only complaint is about the way this software handles screen resolution; it reminds me of the way Windows 98 SE handled screen resolution. As far as I can see, this software only offers only a single, fixed resolution that is too small and creates a too-small image on the screen. On one of my computers (24-inch screen, 1920 x 1080), the software warns during start-up about resolution incompatibility and prompts me to check my resolution.
Yes, I can increase the image size with my computer and OS, but it is only a zoom-in effect. A couple of zoom-clicks and the image quickly starts to run off the page before it is acceptably larger and text starts to disappear off the screen. And no, I am not going to change my system resolution just to accommodate one, old-fashioned program.
They really should get their software engineers to update the graphics handling of this program and bring it up to the Windows 10 era.

As expected the software walks me through the entire process one step at a time. And any time I have questions, the description is always available right there. In the end it gives me a good overview and notifies me of any items I need to pay attention to.
